Canada first minted a platinum coin in 1988, with the one troy ounce Platinum Maple Leaf coin. Although the design on these platinum coins has changed (and continues to change annually), the denomination has always been $50.

Visit the Canadian Royal Mint's website and use the search bar at the top of the page to search for platinum coins. The Royal Canadian Mint sells directly to the United States, so the basic process of ordering your coins is not substantially different than if you were ordering from the U.S. Mint.
