Containing a four-stroke, water-cooled engine, the Kymco Grandvista 250 has sustainable power. Featuring cushioned seats, the Grandvista is great for long trips. With a fuel efficiency of approximately 70 miles per gallon, this scooter retails for $4,400, as of September 2010.
