Making mushroom turkey gravy is an easy task. Here is what you need: Roasted turkey drippings, 1/2 lb. of sliced fresh mushrooms, chicken broth or water, 1/2 tsp. of onion powder, 1/4 cup of flour, 1/4 teaspoon of rosemary (dried and crushed), salt, pepper and browning sauce.   1. Step One

    • Gather turkey drippings into a measuring cup. Skim the fat and set aside 1/4 cup of fat. Add broth or water to drippings until it measures 3 cups.

    Step Two

    • Saute the mushrooms in reserved fat until they are fork tender. Stir in rosemary and onion powder. After one minute, stir in flour. Salt and pepper to taste.

    Step Three

    • Slowly stir in the drippings. Bring the entire mixture to a boil then stir until thickened. If you like, add browning sauce and enjoy.
