    Herb-Infused Oils

    • Many people enjoy cooking with herb-infused olive or sunflower oil. These oils can add unique flavors to foods. However, if you use herb-infused oils, only make what you can use quickly. Herb-infused oils should not be stored for more than one week, to prevent harmful bacteria from growing.
