    • Texas food safety manager certification programs involve training in the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point, or HACCP, safety system, food-borne illness prevention and the state and federal codes regarding food service operations. Additional topics covered include the identification and control of food contaminants, facility design and food temperature control. Options for multilingual training vary depending on the program.
