1st Birthday Princess Decorations

Tulle

Pink tulle quickly transforms the party area into a dainty chamber fit for a princess. Drape wide strips of tulle across the walls, across the ceiling, and from light fixtures such as chandeliers. Be careful to keep it away from hot light bulbs that may burn it.
Stars

Make glittery princess stars by cutting star shapes from card stock and covering them in pink and silver glitter. Punch a hole in the top of each star and hang it from the ceiling with fishing line.

Add some sparkle to the birthday party by hanging a few strings of small white lights around the perimeter of the party space. If possible, incorporate them into the tulle to help soften their glow and illuminate the pink color of the tulle.
