The University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign offers a Master in Computer Science degree, online certificate programs related to several different computing areas, and individual courses for non-degree seeking students, according to its website. Both Drexel University and Colorado State University offer a Master of Computer Science online program, including courses in C++.
