QuickBooks Error 3371 Problems
For each conceivable technical issue in the operation of QuickBooks software, there is a code given to help Intuit technical support diagnose the problem and provide the support needed.

Install the Latest Release

Error 3371 is caused by damaged registration files. Sometimes repairing the problem is as simple as updating the software to the latest Intuit release of that QuickBooks version. Click on the "Help" button and scroll down to and click on the "Update QuickBooks" button. Click on the "Update Now" button. Let the wizard complete the process. If still you are getting the Error 3371 message, try using the 3371 Wizard.
Use the 3371 Wizard

Open the QuickBooks support page and scroll down to "Solution 1- Download and Run the 3371 Wizard for Windows." Click on the blue letters and on the "Save" button when prompted. Save to your desktop and double-click on the icon when it is installed. Follow the prompts you are given. Close out QuickBooks when you are finished. Re-open QuickBooks to determine if you still are getting the error message.

Repair the Installation

Click on the "Start" button and open the "Control Panel." Click on "Add/Remove Programs." Locate "QuickBooks" and click the "Change/Remove" button. Click "Next." Click on the "Repair" button and click "OK." The Repair Wizard should eliminate the error.
