Shredded Stack Diet
The Shredded Stack Diet is a combination supplement, diet and exercise program that claims to assist with weight loss and build muscle mass. The theory is that in combination with exercise, diet and at least eight glasses of water daily, these supplements will help the body remain in the anabolic phase of muscle mass building.

The proprietary diet includes a blend of protein, vegetables and complex carbohydrates. The diet calls for six meals a day.
Exercise

The exercise program includes a mix of aerobic, anaerobic and strength training. This will encourage the body to raise its metabolism.

The creators of the Shredded Stack Diet recommend that you consult with a physician prior to starting the program. This should be done before starting on any exercise, diet or supplement regime, and the Shredded Stack Diet combines all three.
