    • The North Carolina DMV also offers miscellaneous services including organ donation, identification cards, voter registration, driving records, selective service registration, vehicle crash reports, and vehicle theft records. All changes to vital information regarding a licensed driver including name change, address change and the passing of a licensed driver are handled through the North Carolina DMV.
