Gas Mileage for a Pacifica Compared to a Jeep

The Chrysler Pacifica and Jeep Grand Cherokee are both products of the Chrysler Group. These models offer a higher road profile, good passenger room and storage space, and average gas mileage.

Chrysler Pacifica

This six-passenger crossover model was introduced by Chrysler for the 2004 model year and featured three rows of two-passenger seating. Available in front- or all-wheel drive, 2008 was the last model year for the Chrysler Pacifica.

Jeep Grand Cherokee

Introduced in the early 1990s, the Jeep Grand Cherokee is a sport-utility vehicle offering on- and off-road driving capabilities. Seating five passengers, this Jeep can come equipped with V6 and V8 engines.

The standard front-wheel-drive Chrysler Pacifica is equipped with a 3.8-liter V-6 engine and gets 15 mpg city, 22 mpg highway. The all-wheel drive model gets 14 mpg city, 22 mpg highway. The standard two-wheel drive Jeep Grand Cherokee is equipped with a 3.7-liter V-6 engine and gets 15 mpg city, 20 mpg highway. The standard four-wheel drive model gets 15 mpg city, 19 mpg highway.
