How Do You Measure a Trampoline for an Enclosure?

Measure your trampoline for the properly sized enclosure

A trampoline enclosure is an important safety mechanism for all who use it. You want to be sure you measure your trampoline's dimensions accurately so the enclosure is a proper fit.

Trampoline Frame

For an enclosure, you must know the diameter of your trampoline. This is the total width of the frame from one side to the other. This includes the areas where the springs hook, across the mat to the end of an opposite hook. Measure at least four times for best accuracy.

Trampoline Mat

The mat must also be measured, which does not include the springs or steel rings. Measure from one end of the mat material across to the other end. For best accuracy, measure at least four times.

Arches and Poles

Know the number of arches and poles that will be used for your enclosure. This will be important for determining the size of enclosure that you need.

Precise Measurements
