Software to Print Business Cards
If you're starting a business, changing companies, or just looking to get a little creative, printing business cards from home can give you a professional-looking promotional tool without expensive design and printing fees. A number of software options make printing the cards quick and easy.

Microsoft Word

In Microsoft Word, just select "Envelopes and Labels" from the "Tools" menu and pick the business card template you will be printing on. Then design your card with text and graphics in the specified areas.
Microsoft Publisher

If you're using Publisher, select "Business Cards" from the list of new publications, and you'll find a plethora of pre-made designs from which to build you own unique card. Publisher also provides the Business Card Options task window to help you quickly customize the card.

Adobe Photoshop

If you have graphic design experience, Photoshop is one of the best tools to create stunning business cards. Just start with a document with dimensions of 2"x3.5", then copy and paste that design to a grid that fits the template on which you will be printing.
