Sequoia National Park is located in the southern Sierra Nevada. Several RV camping options are available throughout the park. Each RV campsite within the park includes a picnic table, fire ring with grill and a metal bear box. None of the sites include hookups.

  1. Foothills Region

    • The only campground that allows RV camping in the Foothills region is Potwisha Campground, which is located four miles from the park's entrance. The campground includes a ranger program during the summer months. It is open year-round and pets are permitted.

    Giant Forest Region

    • RV campgrounds in the Giant Forest region are Lodgepole Campground, located two miles from the Giant Forest, and Dorst Creek Campground, which is located 10 miles from Giant Forest. Both campgrounds have a summertime ranger program and allows pets. Lodgepole is open year-round, while Dorst Creek is only open from late June to Labor Day.

    Hume Lake Area

    • Two RV camping options are available in the Hume Lake area: Princess Campground and Hume Lake Campground. Hiking trails are available, as well as swimming and fishing along Hume Lake.
