A tool belt is worn around the waist. Several pockets hang from the belt, which are ideal for putting tools in. Some tool belts are made in the form of an apron with more pockets available for tools. There are also tool belts made specifically for women which are smaller and come in an array of colors such as pink, purple or blue.
