Manga Effect Plug-in v1.2 for Photoshop
The Manga Effect Plug-in 1.2, compatible with Adobe Photoshop and Corel Paint Shop Pro, was developed by the Japanese company TNK Software. The plug-in is designed to increase the productivity of manga artists by reducing the amount of manual work that goes into creating every scene in a graphic novel or comic book.

Installation

The Manga Effect Plug-in is designed for installation within the Adobe Photoshop plug-ins folder. To locate the folder, follow this path: Program Files > Adobe Photoshop > Plug-ins. For best results, create a folder to hold the manga plug-in files, and place this folder inside the Photoshop Plug-ins folder.
Application

Apply manga effects to a drawing by using the selection tool to isolate the area of the image you wish to alter. All manga effects options are located in the Filters drop-down menu.

The Radial Lines option eliminates the laborious work of manually focusing every characters' eyes on a specific target. With this tool, users can easily and quickly manipulate sight lines by selecting each character's eyes and assigning them to the desired target.
Speed Lines Effect

The Manga Effect Plug-in is built to dramatically emphasize and highlight movement during action scenes. The Speed Lines effect gives the impression that a character or object is moving quickly.
Flash Tool

The Flash tool instantly creates a thought bubble to reflect a character's mental state or internal dialogue.
