Green Car Concepts
Green living refers to having the smallest carbon footprint that can be managed. Pollution has become a very large concern for many. Automobile industries have taken many steps toward creating cars that are environmentally friendly.

Mileage
-
One way that car companies are improving their products in order to create greener cars is by increasing their fuel efficiency. A fuel efficient car gets better mileage and therefore uses less gas, which helps to protect natural resources.
Electric
-
Another rising trend is the creation of hybrid and electric cars. These cars use very little fuel at all and some use none. Instead they run on electricity. Hybrids run on a mixture of the two, switching to gas once it has used up the electric power.

Aerodynamics
-
Utilizing aerodynamics is a current green car concept. A car that is aerodynamic uses less gas because it cuts through the air easily. This results in less power being necessary to accelerate and maintain a speed, thus reducing the gas consumption and increasing miles per gallon.
