To remove the AT&T Navigator, you simply delete the application, as with any other application on your mobile phone.

Deleting the application does not eliminate the monthly fee. To stop this fee and completely remove AT&T Navigator you must contact AT&T either by phone (1-800-331-0500) or online (see the Reference link below; scroll down to "How do I cancel my subscription to AT&T Navigator?" for the link).

I have a paperless bill and never really look at it online. When I finally did, I found out I was being charged a monthly fee of 9.99 for who knows how long for a GPS voice activated navigator system, when I don't even have a data plan on my phone and can't get out to the internet if I wanted. When I contacted AT&T about this I was told, it was up to me to realize it was on the bill and teminate it. I said,"But, I never ordered it or had it put on the phone". They said they would only go back six months and credit me. I have all this in writing. I have been a 20 year customer of AT&T and this is how I am treated. Did anyone else have this issue?
