Computer Hardware Engineer Training
A computer hardware engineer researches, designs, develops and tests computers for commercial, scientific, industrial or military use. These highly-skilled workers also supervise the manufacturing process and installation of computer components and equipment.

All types of engineers are required to have a minimum of a bachelor's degree, notes the Bureau of Labor Statistics. Legitimate programs are accredited by the Accreditation Board for Engineering Technology (ABET).
