Detox From Aspartame Poisoning

Aspartame poisoning has been a well-hidden secret since the 1980s. Aspartame is a dangerous chemical sugar substitute that causes illness and toxic reactions in the human body. Ridding your body of this chemical toxin is a positive step toward a healthy body.

  1. Chemical Structure

    • The chemical structure of aspartame poison consist of two amino acids, phenylalanine and aspartic acid, and methanol. Fifty percent of aspartame is made of phenylalanine, forty percent of aspartic acid. The remaining percent is methanol, which breaks down into formic acid and formaldehyde, which is embalming fluid.

    Symptoms

    • A large percentage of these amino acids, grouped with a dangerous and poisonous free radical, causes damage to many organs of the body. Symptoms include headaches, fatigue, chemical sensitivities, immune dysfunction, liver disorders and neurological disorders.

    Detoxification

    • Check food labels carefully for aspartame contents before purchasing products. Replace or remove over-the-counter or prescription drugs that contain aspartame. Eat vegetables such as broccoli, cabbage, brussels sprouts and cauliflower. Shop at a health food store to avoid toxic sweeteners and drink more purified water rather soft drinks, coffee and other beverages.

    Recommended Supplement

    • Including magnesium supplement helps prevent cell damage from excitotoxins from aspartame poisoning.

    Caution

    • Withdrawal symptoms can last from a few days to several weeks.
