Sleep

Creams

Applying vitamin K cream to the dark eye circles can reduce their appearance as vitamin K is thought to help with bruising. Applying cool cucumbers or plain cool teabags to the dark eye circles may also reduce their appearance.

Makeup

Covering up dark eye circles with makeup is a temporary solution that does not make the symptoms go away.
