Cat's Claw for Depression

    • The National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine (NCCAM) reports that there are few side effects associated with the use of cat's claw. However, instances of vomiting, headaches and dizziness can occur.

    Considerations

    • The ingredients in cat's claw are derived from the inner bark of the vines. However, the bark itself is not digestible. Therefore, it is best to stick with ingesting other forms of cat's claw.
