About Ford Ranger Truck Accessories

Ford offers many accessories that can be added to its Ford Ranger truck. There are accessories available for the exterior, interior, wheels and for extra safety.

Exterior

Accessories for the exterior of the Ford Ranger truck include running boards, weather shields for the windows and a bonnet protector. For the bed of the truck a bed liner, a soft tonneau cover, socket kit for the bed liner and a sports bar with mounted lights are available. A tow package can also be added.

Interior

To protect the carpet and seats, you may add scuff plate inserts, heavy duty and regular rubber floor mats, carpet mats and waterproof seat covers.

Wheels

Upgraded alloy wheels are available in seven different styles. These wheels are available in 15 inches and 16 inches.

Safety

A Bluetooth kit for hands-free communication, a first-aid kit and a fire extinguisher can be purchased. Ford also makes a bar to help protect the front end of the vehicle in case of an accident.

Tip

Aftermarket Ford Ranger accessories are available for purchase through independent retailers. These accessories are not made by Ford but are made to fit the Ranger. Often these parts are less expensive than the ones Ford sells.
