According to the George Mateljan Foundation, a nonprofit food organization, pumpkin seeds are edible, high in protein, iron and zinc. The seeds are found on the inside of the pumpkin and are protected by the pumpkin's pulp. Each pumpkin is full of hundreds of seeds that are spread in a variety of ways. Does this Spark an idea?
