What Is the Correct Form & Foot Position for an Elliptical Machine?
Elliptical machines, in which your feet move in an oval-shaped movement, can provide a low-impact, quality cardiovascular workout. Keep the correct form and foot placement to lower your chances of injury and get the maximum benefit.

Posture
