The only way to stop children and adults from being cyberbullied is to enforce the laws that are on all 50 states books. Cyberharassers need to understand that Google and Yahoo groups are no longer places where anonymous bullies can torture their victims with immunity. They are being tracked and charged with crimes, imprisoned and held accountable for the damages they cause.
