Each entree or snack label includes a complete list of ingredients in which preservatives are clearly marked. The complete list for each food item is also listed on the NutriSystem website.

The preservatives found in NutriSystem foods are safe for human consumption. The company has opted not to use additives that have questionable safety, such as MSG (monosodium glutamate).
