Difference Between Red & Golden Quinoa

Quinoa is the edible seed of the South American goosefoot plant. The seeds were first eaten by the Incas and are harvested in the Andes region. Quinoa grows in either a red or a golden color and is popular for its protein content and because it is gluten free. Does this Spark an idea?
