Information on Getting Married in Hawaii

The requirements are minimal in order to qualify for a marriage license in the state of Hawaii. In fact, being armed with just a few documents is really all that's needed.

  1. Age Requirements

    • You must be 18 years of age or older. People 16 or 17 years old may marry with the written consent of both parents, legal guardians or the court.
