House Guest Bathroom Etiquette

The house guest and the host both have a set of responsibilities regarding guest bathroom etiquette. Guests and hosts should always close the lid when flushing and leave it down after use. This prevents toilet water splashing, odor and the spread of germs.

Guests should aim to leave the guest bathroom the way they found it. While a guest isn't expected to clean the entire bathroom, he should close the lids on shampoo bottles and return all conveniences to their original locations.
