There will be pressure pain in a specific area of your face, such as between your eyes or behind your eyes. If you move your head, the pain gets worse. A sinus headache will generally make your face tender to the touch. Your vision may be affected because of the pressure and you may feel dizzy.
Factors

The pain will probably be at its peak in the morning because mucus has been collecting and draining all through the night. If you go outside into the freezing cold, the pain will worsen due to the change in temperature.
