The Firm workouts have become popular because of their variety and the enjoyment factor. They combine different elements of several workouts and can be tailored to fit people from varying fitness levels.

    • The Firm studio opened up in 1979 in South Carolina. It combined cardio and strength training for what is called synergy training.
