Jojoba Oil Vs. Coconut Oil

Jojoba Oil and Coconut Oil are very similar. The two oils both have been used in many ways to heal a number of medical illnesses. Also, when used on the hair and skin, Jojoba oil and coconut oil produce great results.

Jojoba Oil

Jojoba is an extract that comes from jojoba tree seeds. The botanical extract pronounced ho-HO-ba is an oil. (Resource 2)

For hair, jojoba oil can be used to moisturize the scalp as well as condition it. Jojoba oil can be used to moisturize skin and help make it soft. (Resource 1)

Medicine

Jojoba oil has been used to help heal eczema and psoriasis. (Resource 1)

Coconut Oil

Coconut oil has many uses, one of which is for cooking. The coconut contains many different minerals, vitamins and fibers, and because of this it is extremely nutritious. (Reference 1)

Hair & Skin

Coconut oil can be used in hair to help with dandruff and dry scalp, and it's great for repairing damaged hair, giving it the nutrition it needs. Coconut oil can be used to massage the skin and makes an excellent moisturizer. Just like jojoba oil, coconut oil also heals eczema and psoriasis, as well as dermatitis. (Resource 3)

Studies suggest that coconut oil has killed viruses that cause SARS, hepatitis C, herpes, AIDS, and measles, as well as many other illnesses. (Reference 3)
