The Bichon Frise is a pleasant, intelligent companion dog that is thought to be hypoallergenic because it barely sheds.

    • The Bichon Frise is always white, but might have cream- or buff-colored areas. The hair is somewhat coarse and puffy, making it look very much like a stouter version of the poodle.
