Although this is not always certain, one may hope that a team situation with carefully crafted goals will lead to strong leadership and each individual will follow her role for the team. Not everyone can be the superstar. Some players have to do the dirty work. Out of this group, one or more leaders must emerge or you can be sure the goals will never be met.
