Sonicare toothbrushes are argument ably the best toothbrushes on the market, but with such a high price tag, how long will they last?

Warranty

Sonicare offers a two year warranty on their toothbrushes, which guarantees that the minimum lifespan to be at least that long.

Average

The average lifespan of a Sonicare toothbrush, according to consumers, is anywhere from two to five years, though they are said to occasionally last up to seven.

Battery

A fully charged battery is said to provide two weeks of brush time, though this may decline over time depending on use. Lithium ion battery life can usually be extended by draining the battery completely before fully charging, and then repeating this process every time.

Non-Replaceable

Sonicare toothbrushes use an internal rechargeable battery which is non-replaceable since it is built in to the brush handle.

Replacement

This means that rather than replacing the battery, you have to purchase a whole new toothbrush if and when the battery stops working.
