The Belly Dance Shop (thebellydanceshop.com) sells hip scarves in velvet, slanted or traditional triangle styles. The price range is $45 to $55.

If you don't want to wait for shipping and don't live in a location with shops that cater to belly dancing apparel, you can easily make your own scarf. Buy a regular scarf from a department store, and the beads from a craft store. Then, just glue the beads on the scarf.
