    Top Sirloin

    Rib Eye

    • The meat of the prime rib roast contains 450 calories, 35 g of fat and 30 g of protein in the standard 6 oz. size, with 95 mg of sodium and 115 mg of cholesterol.

    Flat Iron

    • A 7 oz. flat iron steak has 470 calories, 23 g of fat and 62 g of protein.

    T-Bone

    • The T-bone steak is a combination of strip sirloin and filet mignon. The 18 oz. has 1,180 calories and 86 g of fat. It's also high in sodium at 270 mg and 315 mg of cholesterol.

    Porterhouse

    • As the largest steak offered, this full-sized 24 oz. T-bone has 1,760 calories and 137 g of fat, and the highest sodium intake of 350 mg.
