Self Test for Anxiety Disorder

Many people want to know if they are suffering from an anxiety disorder. Some want a way to investigate prior to seeking help from a trained professional. Self tests are a way to gauge your behavior to see if it meets specific known anxiety behaviors.

    Sleep

    • Sleep is affected by anxiety. If you are plagued with anxiety, you may be unable to sleep or your sleep may be interrupted.

    Physical and Emotional Symptoms

    • Headaches and muscle tension often accompany anxiety. Depression, substance abuse, panic and irritability can also be apparent with anxiety.
