More than customer services is expected by an air cabin crew.

The main job of members of an air cabin crew is to ensure the well-being of their passengers. Although exceptional customer service is significant, it isn't the only requirement. Every crew member aboard a flight ensures passenger safety by attending briefings before takeoff, along with in-flight care and writing post-flight reports.

  1. Function

    • Air crew personnel attend pre-flight meetings, where employees are informed of the flight details, which passengers have special needs, what each of their particular jobs are and how many babies are part of the passenger list.

    • On-board employees include the pilot, flight attendants and co-pilots. Each has a specific job assigned to them. Pilots and co-pilots fly the plane, flight attendants attend to the passengers by ensuring their safety. They serve refreshments and sell duty-free items.
