Tremors Due to Anxiety

Tremors, uncontrolled movements of the body, can be linked to anxiety. Anxiety is brought on by stress over what may occur. Untreated anxiety can become so intense that tremors begin.

      Anxiety can be classified as a mental illness if it gets terribly out of hand. By decreasing the worry associated with anxiety, tremors may lessen. With the right kind of medication and lifestyle change, both disorders can be improved.
