Cherry

  • Cherry juice has been shown to decrease joint pain, according to Eve Campanelli, Ph.D. She found that her patients experienced relief after drinking dark cherry juice twice a day.

Berries

  • Strawberries, raspberries and blueberries have high Vitamin C content and high antioxidant content. Vitamin C helps rebuild cartilage and reduce arthritis pain, while antioxidants fight free radicals.

Pineapple
