Recommended daily vitamins are important in the regulation of blood pressure and body function. B-Complex vitamins and Vitamin C are water-soluble and need to be replaced by the body daily. Fat-soluble Vitamins A, D, E, K, are stored in the body. They can be toxic in high doses.
