Normal Blood-Sugar Level for a Nondiabetic
Blood-sugar levels need to be monitored, if for some reason, a blood-glucose test is taken and the blood-sugar level is shown to have spiked. Spiked blood-sugar levels are no laughing matter and must be brought down to an acceptable level.

The normal level for blood sugar in the United States in any person, diabetic or nondiabetic, is 70 to 100mg/dl.
Canadian Standards
-
In Canada, the system for measuring blood sugar levels is different. The unit of measure is different and so are the standard numbers for normalcy. Normal blood sugar levels for Canada are 4 to 7mmol/l.

How to Maintain Normalcy

High Blood Sugar Mimics Drunkenness

Carbohydrates Are Sugar, Too
-
