Occasionally, severe side effects such as brownish spots on the skin, joint pain, changes in behavior, confusion, chest pain, fainting, dark colored urine, irregular heartbeat, fever, chills, sore throat, hallucinations, seizures, dizziness, headaches, jaundice and suicidal thoughts have occurred with the use of Concerta.
