My cat has a severe skin allergy, scratching and absolutely miserable. I have been reading about plastics and obesity, and wondered if my cat might be suffering because of the plastic. Well, I have thrown out all the plastic today, and because I don't have much money, raided the dollar stores of all their glass bowls and glasses. I am donating my plastic dishes, and I switched the cat's dishes all for glass, except for a couple of stainless steel ones, which are supposed to be OK. I also stopped using the styrofoam plates that I always used, and found 100% pure paper plates at the dollar store, too. I never liked them 'cause wet food goes right through, but oh, well. So I mop more. I am researching the connection between plastics and what ails us, and am finding out so much. Thanks for the article.
