Chinese Soy Chicken

Soy, or soy sauce, chicken is a common dish found in Chinese restaurants. The whole chicken is marinated in soy sauce with other ingredients, cooked and cut up into pieces and generally served over rice.
Vegetarian Soy Chicken

A vegetarian (or "mock") chicken product, made from soy protein or wheat gluten or tofu, is available in restaurants and groceries throughout the world. The texture of the soy product is similar to that of chicken, and seasonings are added to create a chicken-like flavor.
