      Dominance

      • You may be left-brain dominant, right-brain dominant or left/right brain balanced. If you are left-brained dominant, you are typically organized, concerned with details and prefer routines. If you are right-brain dominant, you prefer to just go with the flow, multitask and are most concerned with ideas. If you do not have a significant right- or left-brain dominance, you are considered to be balanced. While this sounds ideal, it can be a challenge since the brain sometimes attempts to solve problems using conflicting methods.
