Kodak Signet 50 model is a fine lookiing 135 mm camera with it's rounded bakelight corners, and feels comffortable in the camera. That bottom winding lever, the right index finger shutter release along side the lens and the easy setting to read with their bright colors at each location, including the numbers for the built in light meter on top. Set the EV number on the lens and see for yourself how well it takes photos. Neck strap lugs on either end assure yuo camera hanges in good postion for quick grabbing. I like the big view finder port on the rear, the film type reminder card (include) and the art deco look of this camera. But I hate that film rewind saw blade sticking out at the front bottom right. Irritates the big finger when holding the camera in comfortable position. Be nice if it had been coated with bakelight. Rather easy to load. If you can find a working one that the meter also is working, make a great collectors piece. Price at time of production in 1957 was $82.50. Todays value, somewhere in the $35-50 range. DonP.
