Soy causes Allergies

One of the main ingredients of Estroven is soy, which contains large amounts of phytoestrogens required by our body to maintain hormonal balance. Soy produces allergic reactions in 3 percent of patients using Estroven.
Cramping

Estrogen also contains black cohosh, another plant extract, which contains large amounts of phytoestrogens. Black cohosh causes uterine cramping in some patients.

Estroven, like many supplements, have to be taken along with food for better absorption. The ingredients, although natural, could cause stomach upset due to indigestion on an empty stomach.
Not Suitable for Pregnant or Breastfeeding Women
